Masculine fire

 

The male energy or a masculine quality, which is presented by the cosmological signification of Mars, has many names in Sanskrit.

Mangala is in Vedic terms the son of earth and the force that works the fields and yields the sword. It is the fire from the core of earth that erupts like a volcano, it is the fire in animals to kill and the fire of human will.
