Holding Space

Holding space in its meaning is being fully present and aware of the collective space creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for others to experience their emotions and thoughts, providing empathy, and compassion.

Holding space is not about manipulation or influencing, it's about allowing others to have their own experience.

Holding space is like the gravity that holds earth in its perfect state of movement, it provides a vital emotional breath for people in life’s challenges that hold the sense of healing as metaphor.

The intimate touch to hold space is the influence of collective consciousness of bonding in trust.

The therapist or counselor must be a master of holding space, by creating the perfect environment that fosters listening and empathy in an immediate effect. To understand others and their perspectives and feelings is the corridor for holding space.

The sacredness of the human heart is the divine space to hold, where one will find the pearl of sincerity. To hold space in power, it demands subjection and surrender and not the power of conquest.

To hold space is the fountain stream of love in the individuality and turning to rivers of the universal love, which the prophet in its words considers more precious then all treasures of the earth.

The intelligence behind the holding space is the reality leading to unity and the wonders of the heart reforming itself that becomes its own evidence.

The sacred holding space touches the intimate truth and the realization that there is nothing which is not in the self.

To hold space is the virtue of awareness and proves all to be what in reality one is not.

The artist and poet are holding space in capture of the divine nourishment and paint or write that portrait that speaks for it self.

Holding space with the hopelessness is being in the uncongenial surroundings of capitalized hope.

No one will experience in life what is not meant for him, holding the space that is made through life in once own nature.

Holding the reality of the divine space, will make one the truth.

Space defined is a continuous empty sphere by allowing emptiness to be, without needing to fill it. Silence in meditation is a crucial part of holding a safe space.
