Knowing better

 

 

As long one disregard once own knowledge of wisdom, one becomes ill or works with a psychological denial that is disturbing the balance of the mental constitution.

Addictive behavior that only leads to a suicide is the self knowledge that follows the impulses of the moment and where one chooses the poison that will cause the problem of total destructions.

As individual and once intellect, one is part of the cosmic consciousness and universal intelligence, that so beautiful and perfect to creates, heals and sustains all of nature.

That intelligence is within us and one can have access to it with the right counseling method as with Jyotish or Ayurvedic principles that allows to pay attention to once intuition and inner wisdom for what is right for the individual soul.

One can regulate life in harmony by stabilizing the vitality with choosing a life style that overcomes anxiety, insecurity, fears, confusion and ignorance.

Mental association with anger, envy, criticism or any judgmental attitudes are a deep seated karmic knot, that needs a clean cut to solve the issues, or the body itself shuts down creating that result. Without the willing focus that it takes to make sure where one is going, and then the going keeps on going, even after death, taken the same issue into the next life.

Therefore the true free will needs to point in a direction, one need to be sure, where one is going.

Emotions have affinity with certain organs, like grief and sadness with the lungs where hypertension plays havoc; anger becomes toxic to the liver, hatred with the kidneys that become the seat of fear, and the heart the abode for grief and sadness.

Nervousness is associated with the colon, while the stomach is the home of agitation and temptation.

Emotions are reactions to situations. If we do not maintain clear awareness of the total movement of an emotion, it will affect a particular organ, causing stress and weakness and creating what is known as a “defective space”, where irritation and disease manifest.

Positive emotions are not just being nice and pretentious it needs the meaning of pure happiness and state of mind. The yogi that gets stressed by its duty of exercise and smokes afterwards to relax should not be taken for serious as a teacher.

Stress is a major factor in many diseases. It triggers allergies, asthma and even leads to heart conditions.

The overuse or wrong use of senses gives us great pleasure with stimulation as well as vital information. But because all our perceptions, as well as our thoughts and feelings, are biochemical events as well as experiences in consciousness, improper use of the senses can create imbalance or damage in the body and result in illness. The overuse of the senses strains and stresses our nervous system. The repeated exposure to bright light from electronic devices hurts the retina and strains the optic nerve, which triggers neuritis.

 Underused senses means not perceiving with total attention, ignoring what we perceive, or not making full use of our wonderful sensory equipment. This can lead, for example, to accidents and the wrong ideas, with the defense mechanism of knowing it better.
