Celestial deities

The deity of energizing transformation and enlivener that sets all things into motion through photosynthesis and the intelligence of electromagnetic gravity, that directs comic forces to all living things is of course the Sun that has its force of will towards growth and evolution. From the antiquity of the Vedas the Sun has many names, as Aditya meaning primal intelligence, or Bhaskara the maker of light and Mitra is the rising Sun, Indra is the Sun at noon and Varuna is the setting Sun. Savitar is the name for the consciousness of intelligence that arises with the development of the inner Sun.

Agni translates as the cosmic fire from the Sun and is the fire of life and fire of the spirit as divine fire that transmit color in all forms.

The Vedic principle of Shiva Mahadeva is the supreme deity that maintains the sky in peaceful tranquil eternal rest.

The Greek called the Sun, Apollo the God who dwells in the cosmic ocean of space. Shiva is the transcendent God beyond time and evolution, while Vishnu represents the operating Sun of evolution within.

Brahma is considered as primal Sun or Gods hands of creation, and completing the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva that representing the creative, preservative and transformative aspects of the solar energy and the divine light.

The Sun ultimately is symbolizing Atman or the inner higher self that represent the highest conception of truth in formless state as the micro cosmos creates its own devotional Sun with confidence.

All other planets and its source of light energy and gravity are forms of the Sun with its waxing and waning qualities like the Moon and in which position of constellation they are.

The reflected sunlight on the Moon has its name as well; it is called Chandra and means the delight of light for its rhythmic changing light of beauty and passion. The Moon has always been used as calendar for its natural circle of 28 days and 13 returns that equals 364 days without a leap-year. Chandra and its qualities on all water elements are related to the emotional, intuitive feelings capacity and its creative force of foresight.

Apas is the Goddess of water who influences the earthly water, the biological waters and the water of transcendent consciousness.

The feeling of love from far away places and longings for home, which is also, called Soma the nectar of nourishment that feeds all faith and belief. Whereas Agni the direct fire, eats that compassion away with its energetic and restless motions.

Agni and Soma are identified as basic male and female energies and prime duality in the deities of the cosmic law.

The dance with the rhythm of nature is the dance of evolution and change that encloses and departs life like the ebb and flow in the cosmic ocean. Soma the Moon male quality has 27 wives to inspire the feminine qualities in the Moon to provide many deities and qualities like fertilities, creativity, clairvoyance, dreams and of course the negative qualities of worries, fears, anxieties and quarrelsome characters. On the 28th day at new Moon and the Moon is not visible the masculine energy rested.

Saraswati the Goddess of learning is related to the autumn Moon and is the consort of Brahma the God of knowledge and wisdom.

Saraswati, Lakshmi and Kali are the threefold spiritual energies of the Moon that in creativity, preservative and transformative action turn the wheel of the lunar mansion or Nakshatra’s which translates as the place of deities to approach.

In the light one beholds divine beauty from the beloved and in the darkness the mystery is revealed to the heart of the believer.

When the heart is touched by the beloved, it becomes like an ocean and its waters that reach every shore touching the sky.

There is no greater phenomenon than the deities of love and love itself.
