Cognitive biases

 

 Superficial thinking and perceptions leading to irrational judgments and faulty decision-making is the trouble with cognitive biases.

AI and all electronic search sites are shortcuts to create information to help the mind to get information quickly, but the lazy mental exercise will result in others view of realities and a mediocre copied interpretations.

Limited attentions are the issues from motivations, emotional states, and social pressures that contributing to biases.

 Relying too much on the first impression of information and confirmation creating the tendency to search for information and confirms only the inability to think and to use the mind in its full capacities.

The misperceptions of once reality are biases that end up in procrastinations to cover up emotional insecurities and situations.

The self-awareness to cover up the depth of once truth is a temporary plaster for deep seated issues, which needs the faculties of integrity.

Cognitive biases are unconscious and systematic errors in thinking contributing to psychotic symptoms leading to the abuse of idealization of the self that attracts social self-medication.

The deep seated agent of failure is the stimulant of negativity that pushes the ego to overconfidence biases or awareness of what to know or actually one does not want to know.

Naive realism is the tendency to believe that once subjective experience of reality is objective and that others should naturally perceive the world as one self does.

The only answer to this dilemma is self-knowledge that establishes the emotional equilibrium to foster self-awareness, such as mindfulness and philosophical pondering, to observe thoughts that challenge biases objectively.

The practices involve observing once thoughts, emotions, and tendencies without judgment, which are the tuning to once own biases. Daily reflections on once thought processes will help to identify patterns and to recognize when a cognitive bias are in the way. Teaching old dogs new tricks are the ignorance’s that manifest impulsive biased decision-making.

Spiritual truth is the Gospel worth dying for and cannot be a halfway house to seek some comfort in half truth, being socially spiritual inclined and at home in dept unreliable.

Social Medias and its algorithm is the playground of obsessive mental behavior biases and the coining in for the mental mafia to collect ransoms for attention seeker that need to attract followers.

The power of the deep conviction of what is right or wrong is the metaphor of emotional intelligence that needs to be exercised all the time.

Good teacher pop all personal assumptions and help to see situations from refined perspectives, washing away all personal biases.

When the ears are hard of hearing and the mind is blinded by pain, the missing love leaves one all alone where one is. The fundamental attribution error happens when one gives the self the benefit of the doubt, while magnifying others’ mistakes.

Spiritual growth is the finding of meanings in once own understanding of the spirit as the love unity with the divine, or the human heart-mind concept, or it becomes the most deceitful thing there is. The Guru speaks about that there is no evil, but only ignorance.

Every cell renews itself over a short period of time and the renewing of the self by the love with God is the renewing love of the inside out.

Human nature leans toward self-protection, self-justification and comparison on the material level, the knowing of the individual self is the acquisition with the Holy Spirit as God gives us the power to think differently to grow into the uniqueness for self to be, and is the only protection there ever was and ever will be.

The open heart gently uncovers any biases getting in the way of the truth. Patience is the art of perfect work to take the next step forward, knowing that every time one chooses the truth over convenience is a step closer to be free and in harmony with Gods love.

The mental prison of comparison needs the boundless love that expands the self into the cosmos to find true freedom.

To be aware of once biases is half the battle; the rest is not to fool the self again.

Not to believe in anything before one has seen enlightenment is the holy quote of the Buddha.

Or Christ in his ultimate agony at the cross says, to forgive them, then they do not know what they are doing.
