The Nature of Astrology

 

The difference between the tropical zodiac and the sidereal zodiac refers to the very nature of Astrology.

Western Astrologers have a tendency to think of astrology as a "science" which presents clock work facts and direct causal relationships to the universe.

Many theories have been formulated trying to explain what the actuality of the zodiac is, as a factual astronomical entity.

The Sun centered astrology creates an observation that has extreme limitation, because we are not living on the Sun, but on earth where everything happens. 

The Geo centric observation which relates to fix points in the heaven (sidereal) establishes a different form of holistic thinking.

The western mind of a world-view and its significant symbolic interpretation with its rulership and the four elements are not the essential factors in astrology.

Astrology from the natural sidereal perspective is dealing with cycles of motions and its bio-cosmic rhythms.

It is the knowledge that makes ‘form or gestalt’ the structure, which is inherent in every biological life and its activities complete.

It is not a question of direct and external influence exerted by some celestial body upon entities living on this earth.

 Astrology is a way of studying and understanding the arrangement or organization of a few essential functions that drives in every organized whole of activity.

It is not the exact birth time that determines the nature of a person,

it is the person that determines the chart.
