Psychobiological serenities
and its functioning through the eye of the Ayurvedic principles are related to
the doshas or humors that govern the body through every cell, tissue and organ.
When in balance we are
healthy and when out of balance, we are in trouble, for we are all what we do
and eat, to our modes of relating to others in a lifestyle.
Doshas govern the
biological and psychological processes of the body, mind, and consciousness.
They regulate the creation, maintenance, and destruction of bodily tissue, and
the elimination of waste products.
The doshas are the
equilibrium of happiness and generating noble qualities such as understanding,
compassion, and love. When their balance is disturbed by stress, improper diet,
environmental conditions or other factors, they can give rise to negative
emotions such as anger, fear, and greed.
Vata is the bodily air principle and the
energy of movement. Pitta is the principle of fire, the energy of digestion and
metabolism. Kapha is the principle of
water, the energy of lubrication and structure.
All imbalances come from
choices one makes which interfere with the doshas as one of them becomes too
dominant.
Every person has a
particular pattern of energy, an individual combination of physical, mental,
and emotional characteristics that make up his or her constitution, which
becomes easily applicable by looking at the birth chart and its planetary
influence in time.
Heart rate, acid balance on
tongue and clarity of eyes are other diagnosis.
Balance is the natural
order of things; imbalance provokes and reflects disorder, as there is a
constant interplay between order and disorder, which determines our state of
health and psychology.
Disorder occurs when two of
the doshas of harmony work against each other, but order is inherent within disorder,
and providing the wise person to learn to be aware of the presence of disorder
and sets about to reestablish order.
Ayurvedic science provides
the understanding to become aware of once own body type and the key to making
lifestyle choices for self-healing and maximum well-being.
