The lessons to say no to things are a crucial principle in considering the potential cause of troubles, to overcome the energy that creates the ‘like that substitutes like ‘.

Habits are increased by more experiences and influence with things such food, drinks, exercise or the control issues that has socializing consequences with qualities similar to the effort one puts in.

The antidote to “like increases like” is the opposite quality that is considered as emotional equilibrium for what one feels to do.

Able to say no to this is the key to healing, as the body energy indicates one’s proneness to disease.

Individuals with a fiery constitution, for example will expose themselves to explosive circumstances or incidences of infections.

Or like the prophet said, those who fight with the sword will die by the sword. 

People who eat a lot of hot spicy food, drinks alcohol, smokes and represses anger will definitely attracts blood related disease, mental breakdowns of being burnt out and feel that ashes turn to ashes.

Wrong food combinations, like preserved food with chemical additives and once wrong eating habits, such as eating too much late at night or eating in a rush, also contribute to imbalance and lead to poor digestion and poor health and is related to fire of metabolism.

Each season brings its own challenges to health, heat or fire qualities, which have their full intensity in the summer, will aggregate bad eating or drinking habits to the edge, even emotionally when the Sun qualities are in transits of Aries, Scorpio or Sagittarius.

If those fiery individuals want to remain free of anger and its confrontations, as well as hives, stings or rashes, diarrhea or heatstroke’s they need to keep cool in the summer, avoiding spicy foods, overexertion and take in a lot of water.

Exercise is another factor that can have profound influence on once health for better or worse. Regular exercise improves circulation and increases strength, stamina, and immunity. It helps one to relax and to sleep peacefully; it benefits the heart and the lungs for effective digestion and elimination, it helps the body to purify itself of toxins with sweating and deep breathing. It also makes the mind alert and sharp and develops keen perception. On the other hand, insufficient exercise, overexertion, or exercise that is inappropriate for one’s constitution can lead to ill health. Lack of exercise eventually brings a loss of strength and puts one at greater risk for many diseases, such as hypertension, osteoporosis, and heart disease.

The emotional factors of life are a whole, consisting of body, mind, and pure consciousness. Both health and disease have psychological as well as physical origins. An illness begins in the mind and emotions and then affects the body; equally, physical disorders and imbalances generate mental disorders. Because of this, spirit, mind and body are never separately. Fear, anger, hatred, envy or possessiveness to control are negative emotions and disturb the balance; likewise, when the body is already out of balance, they may give rise to these same negative emotions.

Toxic relationships need to be avoided by all means, when manipulated responsibilities become the chain of emotional destruction, it will have serious consequences on the long run.

 Rather an end with disaster then endless disaster.

The like that substitutes the like is the self-knowledge—knowledge of once energy constitution and vital information that provides the challenge to maintain good health and a good relationship to once own body and others, or one will fall into imbalance and illness for the sake one is attracted to.
