as physically.
Living with nature and the

environment.

digestion, absorption, and assimilation of food and stimulation of the sense
with fresh air, smell, silence and a beautiful view. It generates self-esteem,
discipline, peace and happiness where the self-respect does not need the ego

its endless proclaims to have confidence to be able to turn a coin with once
seeming well being, it is crucial to find a natural relation, that is based on
what things are and what life is as just. All critical tendencies are a lack of
keen observations and struggle to pursuit the impossible, which is the ultimate
life attitude.
There is as much likeness
between pretence and truth as there is between the person and his shadow, the
difference is that the person has a life and the shadow has none.
