True confidence

 

Self-Esteem and feeling confident is at the core of all healing, as it involves the spirit and the connectedness of mind and body as sense of self-esteem to heal.

According to Ayurvedic science, every cell is a center of intelligence and awareness as the sense of self for its own survival.

Self-esteem and self-respect promote cellular intelligence, which is necessary for proper cell function and immunity.

The sense of self and attitudes with the understanding of once true feelings are all psycho-biological events. A lack of self-confidence or pretences self-love is detrimental. When one is in love with the divine spirit one will develop confidence, and that will overcome the struggle with disease and confrontations. That is why cellular immunity, or natural resistance, depends upon self-esteem and the spirit in faith.

The ultimate preventive medicine is of how one lives the daily life and the key factor in determining once health and quality of life experience and the factor over which one has the most control.

What one does on the daily base either builds up once health, vitality, and resistance to disease, or wears it down.

All phobias or not having the courage to face the underlying issues will have its psychological consequence of the incompetent ego, needing immature defense behavior with plenty of excuses.

The ancient methods to live once life in harmony with Mother Nature and the Holy Father are still very valid, to get once survivor mentality and true confidence into the exercise to know.

The great rhythms and forces of nature, day and night, the rhythmic cycle of seasons and stages of human life are all inextricably parts with nature.

Being in tune with nature also means being in tune with once own nature, mentally and emotionally as well as physically.

Living with nature and the natural law means continually balancing once inner ecology by adjusting to the ever-changing environment. 

It indirectly aids in digestion, absorption, and assimilation of food and stimulation of the sense with fresh air, smell, silence and a beautiful view. It generates self-esteem, discipline, peace and happiness where the self-respect does not need the ego anymore.

The human body, mind and spirit are several clockworks, using the astral body and its energy function, the equilibrium of the emotional rhythms and the physical identity to function with a natural flow.

Confidence in psychology refers to the belief in once own abilities and worth, leading to trust in once judgment. It is a state that can fluctuate based on situations and develops through practice and experience where one approaches challenges with optimism and resilience.

True confidence builds and gives strength through experiences, practice, and self-awareness and has an impact on the well-being.

False or low self-confidence leads to anxiety, depression and escapes in procrastinations of the ego to find mental protection. While real self-confidence will face the music within simplicities and is leadership quality, with a willingness to take on challenges.

The focus need to be on what one can control and to concentrate on the effort, decisions and actions rather than the impression and hoped for outcomes of external factors.

Those who constantly need to interfere and telling people what to do are the weakest link to their own constitution and confidence.

In a superficial world and its endless proclaims to have confidence to be able to turn a coin with once seeming well being, it is crucial to find a natural relation, that is based on what things are and what life is as just. All critical tendencies are a lack of keen observations and struggle to pursuit the impossible, which is the ultimate life attitude.

There is as much likeness between pretence and truth as there is between the person and his shadow, the difference is that the person has a life and the shadow has none.
